　　It is my honor to be here on thisbeautiful friday morning to share with you my view on “me- time”. in myopinion，finding me-time is important. with the development of the modernsociety, we students in china have more and more pressure. we have to spareevery minute to study very hard and join various kinds of out-of-class trainingcourses to improve ourselves. so we are really in lack of me-time which ishelpful to keep ourselves from being over-stressed、tired and worried. i do not have as much fun as before and i always miss my childhood. threehours of homework and two piano lessons one day make me have hardly any me-timeto relax myself. i was once an active basketball player on my school team. butnow, basketball, my best friend, i haven’t touched it for almost two months. 2 on our studentsby excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physicallyand mentally. my dear teachers, i hope you can assign less homework so we students canenjoy a period of me-time. my dear parents, would you please not follow me andremind me of study all the time? please trust me that i will do my best. my dearfriends, why not stop for a while from your heavy homework and do anything youlike? it’s me-time. i do think, that a reduction of the current heavy load wouldbe beneficial to us students and to the society as a whole. finding me-time willmake our life rich, colorful and rewardingthank you for your attentionfinding metime is important.

　　No one can steal our time, even the boss. People always said that the time will be available if you try to make it. I can’t agree more. The reasons that we can’t make out some time just the excuse that we work inefficiently. When I have a lot of homework and only half a day left for me to finish, then I will focus my attention and can finish the work. But if I am left more time, then I will forget about the homework and play. Only in the last minute I will think about my work. So my time seems to be occupied, it is my laziness that wastes my time.
