    外企英語面試技巧有哪些

      一、面試各階段的重點

    外企英語面試技巧有哪些

      第一輪面試,會從你的個人簡歷出發,詢問一些有關個人的問題,比如請你用英語作自我介紹,這個階段對應聘者的英語口語水平要求不是很高,能熟悉一些日常會話即可。還有些公司也會有一部分英語筆試,比如中英互譯的項目,主要考查應聘者基本的語言運用能力。

      進入第二輪面試,從個人情況介紹轉向專業領域。比如應聘市場部,則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的案例,或者自身的業務強項等。另外,應聘技術類崗位的人才應該熟悉本專業的英文術語,能夠用英文與國際專家交流合作,因此建議理工類人才應該注意專業英語的準備。

      而最后一輪面試,將是對英語口語能力的極大挑戰。因為,最后一輪面試一般是和公司總裁級的人物面對面進行交流,外企的總裁一般是外國人,當然面試也就變成全英語的了。專家提醒,總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司的精神、企業文化有關,建議應聘者可以在了解企業精神文化的基礎上事先準備一份英文底稿并熟記,在交談時就能比較流暢。

      二、英語面試需要注意的問題

      事前準備必不可少,但真正到了面試關,也許會有許多意想不到的問題出現,比如,沒聽懂考官的問題,考官出的問題不知道該如何回答等等。遇到這些情況,應聘者該如何處理呢?

      平時要注意訓練聽力至少要聽得懂考官的問題,如果對考官的提問,你聽得云里霧里,然后來兩三個“pardon”,那留給考官的印象可想而知。說話要流利,思維要連貫,層次要清晰,不要夾雜中文,有時候真不知怎么回答好時,可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考的時間。

      表述口語化一些有些應聘者認為多使用一些復雜的句型、生僻的單詞會讓考官認為自己的英語能力很高,其實,這犯了舍本逐末的錯誤,用簡單直白的語言表現最具魅力的自我,才是英文面試的至高境界。不要不屑于用therebe句型,不要不屑于用第一人稱,如果要說某個詞卻一時想不起來,那就換種說法,盡量避免卡殼,保持談話的流暢。

      發音要標準不要太在意語法錯誤。在面談過程中,發音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的,而有些應聘者特別害怕犯語法的錯誤,有時候面試官還不是特別在意,因為,大多數時候一些細小的語法錯誤并不影響交際的進行。

      回答語速切莫過快據一位資深面試官介紹,在面試時經常會看到這種情形,應聘者在聽完提問之后便一口氣回答,語速狂飆,令在場老外目瞪口呆,因為他們沒有聽懂應聘者這種趕飛機似的中式英文。其實,英文面試的第一目的是讓國外主管了解你,甚至對你感興趣,最重要的是展示你的綜合素質,而絕非單單的語言能力,所以應聘者應該首先力求表達清晰。

      Cindy: I am alwaysinterested in news coming from your industry, and I’m deeply impressed by yourcompany’s sales performance. To have risen 200-percent in the domestic marketover just the past three years is an incredible feat. I also admire and agreewith the employee developmental values that the company has adopted. I findthat my personal goals and ideas about business operations fit perfectly with the company’sgoals and mission statement.

      Caroline: So youare well aware of our company. It appears that you have done your fair share ofresearch.

      Cindy: Yes, inaddition to judging whether I am the right fit for C&C, I believe that it’salso crucial for me to know if this company is right for me. I’ve beenimpressed by the service provided here by everyone from the receptionist to theassistant. I am confident that I will have a very rewarding and successful careerhere.

      Caroline: Commitment to the company and theteam is very important to us here.

      Cindy:I am very responsible. Whenever I have been assigned to complete a certaintask, my teacher and classmates could always count on me to achieve the statedtask. There is also no need to remind me of what I should do. I enjoyintermingling and doing things with others.

Thirdly, when there are questions, I will communicate in-depth withmy supervisors to achieve a functional and proper solution.

      Cindy:Could you tell me something about your training program?

      Caroline:In brief, we offer both in-house and off-site training to our AP or U.S.headquarters.
